Cratemaker is the software for packaging of industrial goods for air and sea transport. About 25 years ago we started with it's development. First we concentrated on easy to understand working instructions for cases, crates and pallets. The production planning should be relieved effectively and lasting of the time consuming development of working instructions by hand. Further on we wanted to develop a System which would allow us to go without any drawings for the production process. The different types of packaging should be structured similarly, which simplifies the understanding very much. We reached this target in an impressive way. We generated a software which enabled us to train new cratemakers in a very quickly. They usually understand the instructions within a very short time. Very good workers learn the basics within just one day and then allready are able to work independently with them. This way the production planning of a packaging is done in a moment. Automatic processes support the creation of the production documents. The working quality increases measurable. Understood that we contually improve this programm. Wishes and demands of our customers were and always are very important. The further development of Cratemaker goes parallel and in constant contact to it's users. Therefore the current version of Cratemaker is a modular designed software with several programm-parts that also cover more than just the creating of packing material. You already can visualize packagings in 3D, stow containers and trucks by drag & drop.. A realtime status supervision of each production step is included. Optional we include the storage administration or enable you to create delivery notes and invoices which can be automatically processed by the barcode system. Send your orders with Cratemaker, track the open items of incoming payments. You can administer your appointments or use the integrated labelsystem and this way mark collis with a weatherproof label. With the optional project management you will administer also large orders securely. Naturally it is possible to integrate Cratemaker into your working environment.
